BTS MCO - Operational Commercial Management
The holder of the BTS Operational Commercial Management takes charge of the overall customer relationship as well as the animation and dynamisation of the offer. He also manages the operational management of the business unit, as well as the management of its sales team. This functional versatility is part of a context of digitalized commercial activities, aimed at implementing the commercial policy of the network and/or business unit. 38 places are available in 1st year, as well as 2nd year, in BTS MCO at the top pole Ste Marguerite in Chambray-lès-Tours.

Pre requisite
Hold a general baccalaureate, professional baccalaureate, STMG or equivalent diploma.
- Oral and written communication skills
- Have interpersonal skills specific to the customer relations business lines
- Ability to work as a team to complete projects
- Quality of organisation and autonomy
- Interest in company management, marketing and sales strategy
