The holder of the BTS Negotiation and Digitalization of Customer Relations is a sales manager, who takes charge of the overall customer relationship. He communicates and negotiates with the customer, uses and shares information, organizes and plans the activity and implements the commercial policy. It thus contributes to the company’s turnover growth. To carry out its missions, it must master information and communication technologies. The digitalization of commercial activities requires the holder of the training to invest commercial content related to the increased use of websites, applications and social networks. 24 places are available in 1st year, as well as in 2nd year, in BTS NDRC at the campus Ste Marguerite in Chambray-lès-Tours.

Pre requisite

Hold a general baccalaureate, professional baccalaureate, STMG or equivalent diploma.
- Oral and written communication skills
- Have interpersonal skills specific to the customer relations business lines
- Have the skills to work as a team to complete projects
- Have an appetite to argue, negotiate and value products
- Ability to evolve in digital and digitized environments
